Fuel surcharges, environmental fees, card fees, damage waivers and separate removal fees are never charged. Every fee is on the quote before you book.

What are the five things that set a porta potty price?
Five things set the price of a porta potty rental: location (inside or beyond the 15-mile zone), unit type (standard, flushing, accessible, trailer), dates (a weekend event or a 28-day cycle, and how many cycles), servicing (weekly included, extra visits by request) and quantity (volume rate at five units). Nothing else moves the number, and an itemized quote shows each one.
- Location. Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton and 15 miles around: delivery included. Beyond that, one flat route fee for the whole order.
- Unit type. Standard $225/$185, deluxe $325/$265, accessible $325/$285, hand wash $95/$85, trailer $1,650 per weekend.
- Dates. Weekend (up to 4 days), two-week, or 28-day cycles that renew at a lower rate. No per-day meter.
- Servicing. Weekly service is included on 28-day rentals. Event units arrive clean; mid-event service is $35 per unit.
- Quantity. Five or more units on one order get a volume rate. Mixed orders share one delivery.
Worked example. A 150-guest backyard wedding in Bethlehem Township, 6 hours with a bar: 3 deluxe units ($975) + 1 accessible unit ($325) + 1 hand wash station ($95) = $1,395, plus 6% tax ($83.70) = $1,478.70, delivered Friday, picked up Monday, no other fees. The same order at a barn in Stroudsburg adds the $65 zone-2 route fee.
How do Bethlehem prices compare with national call-center quotes?
National booking lines quote a unit price, then add a delivery fee of $35 to $135, a fuel surcharge, a card fee, a $29 removal fee and sometimes a $50 to $150 rush fee, and they require a 28-day minimum even for a one-night party. Our weekend rate bundles delivery and pickup, our 28-day rate adds one $65 trip fee, and there are no surcharges. Compare the bottom line, not the first number.
| Line item | Typical call-center quote (standard unit, weekend) | {BRAND} |
|---|---|---|
| Unit | $199–$300 | $225 |
| Delivery + pickup | $35–$135 | Included within 15 mi |
| Fuel / convenience | $20–$35 | $0 |
| Card fee | 3% | $0 |
| Removal fee | $29 | $0 |
| Rush / next-day | $50–$150 | $0 before noon |
| Who delivers | Whichever hauler bought the lead | Our truck, our driver |
Call-center figures are the ranges those companies publish and quote; they vary by market. Ours are the figures above, in writing, before you book.
Porta potty rental cost: questions people ask
Why can't I get a price without giving my ZIP code?
You can. Every starting price on this page applies within 15 miles of Bethlehem, which covers Allentown, Easton, Hellertown, Nazareth and Whitehall. The ZIP only matters past 15 miles, where one flat route fee ($65, $145 or $245) is added. We tell you the fee on the phone before anything else.
Is the price per day?
No. Events are a flat weekend rate (Friday delivery to Monday pickup) and projects are a flat 28-day cycle. A Saturday party costs the same as a Friday-through-Sunday party. Nobody is better off with a per-day meter when the truck trips are the real cost.
Is tax included in the price?
No. Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% is added to the rental, delivery and service lines and shown on the quote. Tax-exempt churches, schools, fire companies and municipalities send their exemption certificate and pay no tax.
Do you charge a fuel surcharge, environmental fee or card fee?
No. We do not charge a fuel surcharge, an environmental or disposal fee, a card processing fee, a damage waiver, or a separate removal fee. The 28-day delivery and pickup fee of $65 covers both trips. The quote has the unit, the service, the delivery, any route fee, and tax.
Why does an event unit cost more than a construction unit for fewer days?
Because event units are our newest, cleanest units, they are delivered and picked up within a 72-hour window at the busiest time of the week, and they are detailed before and after. A construction unit sits for 28 days on a route that already passes the site. You pay for the two dedicated trips, not the days.
Do you offer discounts?
Volume: 5 or more units on one order get a lower per-unit rate on the quote. Repeat builders on net-15 commercial accounts get the renewal rate from the first cycle after their third site. We do not do coupon codes or price matching against call-center quotes we cannot verify.
What if I need the unit longer than I booked?
Keep it. Weekend rentals that run past four days move to the two-week rate; 28-day rentals renew automatically at the lower renewal rate. We never charge a second delivery fee for an extension.
Can I pay by check or get invoiced?
Homeowners and event hosts pay by card at booking (a hold is placed and charged the day of delivery). Commercial accounts can pay by ACH, check or card on net-15 terms after the first paid cycle, with a PO number on every 28-day invoice.
