How do you decide the delivery fee?
By road distance from 312 Brodhead Ave, Bethlehem. Within 15 miles delivery and pickup are included in every price. 15–35 miles adds $65 per order, 35–60 miles $145, and 60–100 miles $245. One fee per order no matter how many units. The ZIP checker gives the zone instantly.
Do you go beyond 100 miles?
Rarely, and only for restroom trailers or 10-plus-unit contracts. If your site is beyond York, Harrisburg or Scranton, call and we will either quote it or tell you who to call instead.
Is same-day delivery available outside the Lehigh Valley?
Sometimes. Same-day is reliable before noon within 15 miles. In the $65 zone it happens when a route truck is already out that way. Beyond 35 miles, plan on your scheduled date; emergencies there get our first open slot, usually next business day.
Why do far cities have pages if the fee is $245?
Because builders, festival organizers and wedding venues in those cities call us for 28-day rentals, multi-unit events and trailers, and the page tells them the fee, the route day and the local permit office before they pick up the phone. A single weekend unit that far out is not a good fit, and the page says so.
Do you deliver to New Jersey?
Phillipsburg, Alpha and the Warren County towns across the river from Easton are in the $65 zone for 28-day rentals. We are registered for waste hauling in Pennsylvania; New Jersey event orders are by request only.
